Celeste (“the app”) is a horoscope and astrology app published by AppVita Studio. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. (Versione italiana più sotto.)
To give you a personalised horoscope and birth chart, the app asks for your zodiac sign and, optionally, your birth date, time and city, plus your preferences (language, notification time).
This data is stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. We do not collect it, we do not transmit it, we do not share it and we have no servers that receive it. There is no account and no registration, so there is no account to delete. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.
Celeste is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob (a banner and an optional rewarded video that removes ads for 24 hours). To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

Your birth data and your readings are never shared with the advertising network.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is loaded. If consent is not given, no ads are requested at all. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy options button in the app.
If you allow them, the app shows local notifications (morning horoscope, planetary events), scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in the app or in the Android settings.
If the app crashes, it saves a technical report (error details, app version, device model) on your device and, at the next start, offers to open an email with that report. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that email yourself.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and the app uses no analytics SDK of its own.
The app is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Since your data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it: edit or delete it in the app, clear the app data from the Android settings, or uninstall the app. For advertising data processed by Google, see the links in section 2.

Celeste (“l’app”) è un’app di oroscopo e astrologia pubblicata da AppVita Studio.
1. I tuoi dati restano sul tuo dispositivo. Per oroscopo e carta natale personalizzati l’app chiede il segno zodiacale e, se vuoi, data, ora e città di nascita, oltre alle preferenze (lingua, orario delle notifiche). Questi dati sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo: non li raccogliamo, non li trasmettiamo e non abbiamo server che li ricevono. Non ci sono account. Disinstallando l’app vengono cancellati.
2. Pubblicità (Google AdMob). L’app è gratuita e mostra annunci di Google AdMob (un banner e un video premio facoltativo che toglie la pubblicità per 24 ore). Google può trattare l’identificativo pubblicitario, dati tecnici del dispositivo, la posizione approssimativa ricavata dall’indirizzo IP e l’interazione con gli annunci, come titolare autonomo secondo le proprie norme (https://policies.google.com/privacy). I tuoi dati di nascita non vengono mai condivisi con la rete pubblicitaria.
3. Consenso (UE / SEE / Regno Unito / Svizzera). Prima di caricare qualsiasi annuncio l’app mostra il modulo di consenso di Google (UMP). Senza consenso non viene richiesto alcun annuncio. Puoi cambiare scelta in qualsiasi momento con il pulsante Opzioni privacy nell’app.
4. Notifiche. Se le autorizzi, l’app mostra notifiche locali programmate sul dispositivo; nulla viene inviato a noi.
5. Segnalazione degli arresti anomali (facoltativa). Se l’app si chiude per un errore, salva un rapporto tecnico sul dispositivo e al riavvio ti propone di aprire un’email con quel rapporto. Non viene inviato nulla se non scegli tu di spedire l’email.
6. Dati che non raccogliamo. Nome, email, telefono, contatti, foto, posizione precisa; nessun SDK di analisi proprio.
7. Minori. L’app non è rivolta ai bambini ed è destinata a utenti dai 18 anni in su.
8. I tuoi diritti. I dati restano sul tuo dispositivo: puoi modificarli o cancellarli dall’app, cancellare i dati dalle impostazioni di Android o disinstallare l’app.
