Privacy Policy - Solivo Solitaire

Solivo Solitaire (“the game”) is a solitaire card game (Klondike, FreeCell, Spider, TriPeaks and Pyramid) published by AppVita Studio. This policy explains what data the game handles and why.

1. Your progress stays on your device

Your game data - statistics and win rate for each variant, best times and scores, daily challenge streak and crowns, achievements, the game you are currently playing and your settings (language, theme, card back, scoring, sound)

• is stored only on your device, in the game’s private storage.

We do not collect it, we do not transmit it, we do not share it and we have no servers that receive it. There is no account and no registration. The game works fully offline.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Solivo is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen and an occasional full-screen ad when a new game starts (never while you are playing a game). You can choose to watch an optional rewarded video to remove ads for 24 hours.

To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

• the advertising identifier of your device (Android Advertising ID)
• technical data such as device model, operating system version, language and approximate location derived from your IP address
• data about interaction with the ads shown

This processing is carried out by Google as an independent data controller, according to its own policies:

Your game progress is never shared with the advertising network.

3. Consent (EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is loaded. You choose whether to allow personalised advertising.

If consent is not given, no ads are requested at all.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy options (ads) inside the game.

4. Data we do not collect

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or your game progress. The game does not request any special permission (no location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage) and uses no analytics SDK of its own.

5. Children

The game is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 18 and over.

6. Your rights

Since your data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it:

• Deletion: clear the app data from the Android settings, or uninstall the game to remove everything
• Advertising: reset or delete your advertising ID from the Android settings, and change your consent from Settings > Privacy options (ads)

For anything concerning advertising data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights directly with Google through the links in section 2.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it, and the new version is published at this same address.
