Tubora (“the game”) is a color sort puzzle game published by AppVita Studio. This policy explains what data the game handles and why.
Your game data - completed levels and stars, daily challenge and streak, coins, unlocked themes and your settings (language, sound, music, colorblind mode) - is stored only on your device, in the game’s private storage.
We do not collect it, we do not transmit it, we do not share it and we have no servers that receive it. There is no account and no registration, so there is no account to delete. The game works fully offline.
If you use the share button, the game opens the Android share sheet with a short text about your result: it goes only where you choose to send it.
Tubora is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob:
To serve ads, Google may collect and process:
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent data controller, according to its own policies:
Your game progress is never shared with the advertising network.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is loaded. You choose whether to allow personalised advertising.
If consent is not given, no ads are requested at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Privacy options button in the game’s settings.
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or your game progress. The game does not request any special permission (no location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage) and uses no analytics SDK of its own.
The game is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Since your data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it:
For anything concerning advertising data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights directly with Google through the links in section 2.
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it, and the new version is published at this same address.
