Zampora - Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026 App: Zampora (Android) - package com.appvitastudio.zampora Data controller: AppVita Studio - contact: appvitastudio@proton.me

Short version

Zampora keeps everything about your pets on your phone and nowhere else. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. We do not receive, read or store your pets’ records. The only data that leaves your device is what Google’s advertising SDK (AdMob) needs in order to show ads.

What stays on your device

Everything you put into Zampora is written only to the storage of your phone:

There is no cloud sync, no login and no analytics SDK. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted with it.

Reminders

Zampora schedules reminders locally with Android’s own notification system. Nothing passes through a server of ours, and no push service is used. On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission the first time you set a reminder; if you decline, everything else keeps working.

The PDF you export

The health-record export produces a PDF on your device, which you then choose what to do with - save it, print it, send it to your vet. It is generated entirely offline. From the moment you share it, it is under your control and under the privacy policy of whatever service you send it through.

Advertising (AdMob)

Zampora is free and is paid for by ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on secondary screens, and an optional rewarded video that grants 24 hours without ads. To show ads, Google’s SDK may collect and process:

This processing is done by Google as an independent controller. We do not receive this data, and we do not combine it with anything you store in Zampora. Google’s own privacy policy applies:

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Zampora shows Google’s consent message (UMP) before personalised ads are served, and your choice is respected. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time from the Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

Permissions

Zampora asks for the minimum it needs:

Zampora does not ask for location, contacts, microphone or camera. Photos of your pets are chosen by you through the system picker and stay on the device.

Children

Zampora is not directed to children. It is intended for a general audience of people who look after animals. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Your rights

Because we do not hold any of your data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete: everything is on your phone and under your control (delete a pet, clear the app data, or uninstall the app). For the data processed by Google for advertising, please use Google’s own controls linked above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be described in the release notes of the app on Google Play.
