Zygora (“the game”) is an idle evolution game published by AppVita Studio. This policy explains what data the game handles and why.
Your game data - resources and generators, upgrades, eras, prestige progress (Big Bang, Transcendence, Sanctuary), daily missions and streak, achievements, statistics and your settings (language, sound, music, vibration, number notation) - is stored only on your device, in the game’s private storage. If you use the backup feature, the backup code is created on your device and goes only where you choose to paste or share it.
We do not collect it, we do not transmit it, we do not share it and we have no servers that receive it. There is no account and no registration. The game works fully offline.
Zygora is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, an occasional full-screen ad after a Big Bang (never more than once every few minutes), and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch to get boosts, time warps, chests or extra DNA.
To serve ads, Google may collect and process:
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent data controller, according to its own policies:
Your game progress is never shared with the advertising network.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is loaded. You choose whether to allow personalised advertising.
If consent is not given, no ads are requested at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Privacy options (ads) button in the game’s settings (Stats tab).
The game can remind you when your chest is ready or your offline progress is full. These reminders are scheduled locally on your device; nothing passes through our servers, because we have none. You can refuse or revoke the notification permission at any time in the Android settings.
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or your game progress. Apart from notifications, the game does not request any special permission (no location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage) and uses no analytics SDK of its own.
The game is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Since your data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it:
For anything concerning advertising data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights directly with Google through the links in section 2.
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it, and the new version is published at this same address.
