Padelora (“the app”) is published by AppVita Studio. This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: the app works offline, your matches never leave your phone, and the only data leaving the device is what Google AdMob needs in order to show ads.

1. Data you create in the app

Matches, scores, player names, tournaments, statistics and settings are stored only on your device, in the app’s local storage. AppVita Studio has no servers and no account system: we never receive, see or store this data.

• There is no sign up and no login.
• Nothing is synchronised to the cloud.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Padelora is free and paid for by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process:

• the advertising ID of your device (a resettable identifier);
• other device identifiers and technical information about the device, the app and the ad (app version, operating system, crash-free ad delivery);
• your approximate location, derived from the IP address (country/region level, not a precise position: the app never asks for GPS permission).

This data is processed by Google as a third party, for advertising and measurement. It is not linked by us to your identity, and we never receive it in a form that identifies you. Google’s own policy applies to that processing: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The app shows one banner, only on the History and Statistics screens, and an optional rewarded video that you can choose to watch to remove the banner for 24 hours. No ad is ever shown during a match.

3. Consent (GDPR / EU, UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you a consent message from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is requested. You choose whether to allow personalised ads.

• If you refuse, no ad is loaded at all.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Settings -> Manage consent inside the app.

The consent entry point appears only where the applicable rules require it.

4. Permissions

The app declares a single Android permission: INTERNET, used only to load ads. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage permissions.

5. Children

Padelora is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Your rights

Because the app data stays on your device, you are in full control of it:

• delete a single match or tournament from inside the app;
• uninstall the app to erase everything.

For advertising data, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the Android settings (Settings -> Google -> Ads), and withdraw ad consent as described in section 3.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
