1. Summary

Ritmora is a habit tracker. All the content you create - habits, completions, notes, moods, reminders and settings - is stored only on your device, in a local database. AppVita Studio does not run any server for this app, does not have an account system and never receives a copy of your habits.

The only data that leaves your device is what the advertising system needs in order to show ads.

2. Data stored on your device

The following stays local and is never uploaded by us:

habits, groups, life areas, colours and icons you choose;
daily completions, counters, streaks, freezes and pauses;
daily notes and mood entries;
reminder times and app settings (theme, accent colour, language).

You can export this data yourself (JSON backup or CSV) and you decide where the exported file goes. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no “delete my account” procedure because there is no account and no server-side copy: deleting the app is the deletion.

3. Advertising - Google AdMob

Ritmora is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). To serve ads, the AdMob SDK may collect and process:

the advertising ID of your device (a resettable identifier);
approximate location derived from your IP address (country/city level, not GPS);
device and app information (model, operating system version, app version, language);
interaction with the ads themselves (views, clicks) for measurement and fraud prevention.

Ritmora does not request GPS location permission and has no access to your precise position.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent message provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is loaded. There you can accept or refuse personalised advertising.

If you refuse, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
No advertising SDK request is made before you have answered the consent message.

How to change or withdraw your choice at any time: open the app, go to Settings and tap Privacy options. The same consent form reopens and your new choice replaces the previous one. (The entry is shown only where the law requires it.)

5. Analytics

Ritmora does not include any separate analytics product (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no third-party tracking SDK). Aggregated ad performance measurement is carried out by Google AdMob as described above.

6. Permissions

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): only to show the habit reminders you set yourself.
Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): only to restore your reminders after the device is restarted.

Ritmora does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, files or precise location.

7. Children

Ritmora is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Your rights

Since AppVita Studio holds no personal data of yours, requests to access, correct or delete data have to be addressed to Google for the advertising data described in section 3. For anything concerning the app itself you can write to appvitastudio@proton.me.

9. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.

1. In sintesi

Ritmora e’ un’app per monitorare le abitudini. Tutto cio’ che crei - abitudini, completamenti, note, umore, promemoria e impostazioni - resta solo sul tuo dispositivo, in un database locale. AppVita Studio non gestisce alcun server per questa app, non ha un sistema di account e non riceve mai una copia dei tuoi dati.

Gli unici dati che escono dal dispositivo sono quelli necessari al sistema pubblicitario per mostrare gli annunci.

2. Dati salvati sul dispositivo

Restano in locale e non vengono mai caricati da noi:

abitudini, gruppi, aree di vita, colori e icone scelti;
completamenti giornalieri, contatori, serie (streak), congelamenti e pause;
note giornaliere e registrazioni dell’umore;
orari dei promemoria e impostazioni dell’app (tema, colore, lingua).

Puoi esportare questi dati da solo (backup JSON o CSV) e decidi tu dove finisce il file esportato. Disinstallando l’app vengono cancellati. Non esiste una procedura di “cancellazione account” perche’ non esiste alcun account ne’ copia sui nostri server: disinstallare equivale a cancellare.

3. Pubblicita’ - Google AdMob

Ritmora e’ gratuita e sostenuta dalla pubblicita’ fornita da Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). Per mostrare gli annunci, l’SDK AdMob puo’ raccogliere e trattare:

l’ID pubblicita’ del dispositivo (identificatore reimpostabile);
la posizione approssimativa ricavata dall’indirizzo IP (livello paese/citta’, non GPS);
informazioni su dispositivo e app (modello, versione del sistema operativo, versione dell’app, lingua);
l’interazione con gli annunci (visualizzazioni, clic) per misurazione e prevenzione delle frodi.

Ritmora non richiede il permesso di posizione GPS e non accede alla tua posizione precisa.

Se ti trovi nello Spazio Economico Europeo, nel Regno Unito o in Svizzera, l’app mostra un messaggio di consenso fornito dalla User Messaging Platform (UMP) di Google prima di caricare qualsiasi annuncio. Li’ puoi accettare o rifiutare la pubblicita’ personalizzata.

Se rifiuti, gli annunci vengono comunque mostrati ma non personalizzati.
Nessuna richiesta all’SDK pubblicitario viene effettuata prima della tua risposta.

Come cambiare o revocare la scelta in qualsiasi momento: apri l’app, vai in Impostazioni e tocca Opzioni privacy. Si riapre lo stesso modulo di consenso e la nuova scelta sostituisce la precedente. (La voce compare solo dove la legge lo richiede.)

5. Statistiche d’uso

Ritmora non include alcun prodotto di analytics separato (nessun Google Analytics, nessun Firebase Analytics, nessun SDK di tracciamento di terze parti). La misurazione aggregata del rendimento degli annunci e’ svolta da Google AdMob come descritto sopra.

6. Permessi

Notifiche (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): solo per mostrare i promemoria che imposti tu.
Avvio al riavvio (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): solo per ripristinare i promemoria dopo il riavvio del dispositivo.

Ritmora non richiede accesso a contatti, fotocamera, microfono, file o posizione precisa.

7. Minori

Ritmora non e’ rivolta a minori di 13 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati.

8. I tuoi diritti

Poiche’ AppVita Studio non detiene tuoi dati personali, le richieste di accesso, rettifica o cancellazione relative ai dati pubblicitari descritti al punto 3 vanno rivolte a Google. Per qualsiasi questione relativa all’app puoi scrivere a appvitastudio@proton.me.
