This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Snarl (“the app”), published by AppVita Studio (“we”, “us”), handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Snarl is a puzzle game. It has no account, no login and no registration. We do not ask you for your name, your email address or any other personal detail. Your game progress stays on your device. The app shows advertising, and the advertising provider processes some technical data as described below.

Snarl shows advertising through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To select and deliver ads, and to measure them, Google may collect and process:

Ad formats used in the app: banner, interstitial, rewarded video and app open ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any advertising is loaded. You can accept or refuse personalised advertising.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the app: open the home screen and use Privacy options. Where the consent form is required, that button is always available.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID from the Android system settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
The app records basic anonymous gameplay events (for example: a level was started or completed, a hint was used) to understand how the game is played and improve it. These events are not linked to your identity.
Snarl does not download game content from external servers: all levels are generated inside the app or bundled with it. The only network traffic is the one required by Google AdMob and by the consent form described above.
Snarl is a general audience game and it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will address it.
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app data or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since the app itself does not store personal data on our servers, most requests should be addressed to Google for advertising data. You can always contact us at the address below and we will help.
We may update this policy. The new version will be published at this same address with an updated date at the top.
